Diabetic Asparagus Au Gratin(Calories: 158) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 7 stalks asparagus, cooked
    1 oz. yellow cheese
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    pimento or parsley as desired
Preparation
    Heat the evaporated milk, using the top part of a double boiler to prevent burning.
    Cut the cheese into small pieces and place in the hot milk.
    Heat until the cheese melts.
