Marinated Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. small seashell macaroni, cooked
    2 medium green peppers, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 large carrot, grated
    1 can tomato soup
    2/3 c. vinegar
    2/3 c. oil
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Combine the first five ingredients in a bowl.
    Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan; bring to a boil and boil 3 minutes.
    Pour over the shells and vegetables.
    Mix together and let stand overnight.
    Stir occasionally.
