Mother'S Slaw Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat egg slightly.
    Add sugar, vinegar, celery seed, dry mustard and salt.
    Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
    Let cool.
    Add desired amount to slaw.
    Store remaining amount in refrigerator for later use.
