Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. skim milk
    2 egg whites
    1 (8 oz.) box vanilla pudding (sugar-free)
    1 c. Minute rice
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Add all ingredients to saucepan.
    Stir constantly over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil.
    Cool 5 minutes, stirring twice. Pour into bowl and cover.
    Refrigerate until cold.
