Salsa Verde - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 handful parsley
2 garlic cloves
1 hard-boiled egg
1/2 slice bread, dipped in vinegar
salt and pepper
best quality olive oil
Preparation
-
Chop parsley, garlic and egg white very fine into bread.
Then crumble egg yolk and add to mixture.
Add salt and pepper and enough best quality olive oil until mixture is consistency of heavy cream.
