Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. soft margarine
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together (except 2 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon).
    Roll into balls the size of walnuts.
    Roll balls in mixture of 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon.
    Flatten with fork onto cookie sheet (as you would peanut butter cookies). Bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Do not overbake.
