Sliced Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

4 medium potatoes
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. melted butter
3 Tbsp. chopped chives or mixed herbs
4 Tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Clean and peel potatoes.
Slice potatoes into thin slices, but not all the way through.
Put potatoes in a baking dish.
Sprinkle with salt and drizzle with butter.
Then sprinkle with chives. Bake at 425\u00b0 for about 50 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheeses.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes longer, until lightly browned, cheeses are melted and potatoes are soft inside.
