Italian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chuck arm roasts or very lean beef
    2 onions, sliced
    3 to 4 garlic cloves
    3 stalks (sticks) celery
    2 cubes beef bouillon
Preparation
    Salt and pepper roasts.
    Bake in a roaster, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Place sliced onions on the roast.
    Cover and bake another 1 1/2 hours.
    Separate beef and juice.
    Cool overnight. Slice beef thin.
    Add 1 1/2 cups water and bouillon to the juice.
