Wacky Tacky Chicken Thighs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. chicken thighs
    1 c. raw rice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Brown chicken, arrange in casserole over raw rice.
    Mix all soups together with 1 cup of water.
    Pour over chicken and rice. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
