Lamb T-Bone - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lamb T-bones
    1/2 tsp. kosher salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Preheat broiler.
    Dry lamb with paper toweling; trim excess fat.
    Season with pepper and salt.
    Brush rack with oil.
    Arrange lamb in a single layer on rack.
    Broil 2 inches from heat.
    Cook 3 minutes per side or to desired doneness.
