Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts, cubed
2 cans cream of chicken soup
12 oz. sour cream
1 stick butter or margarine
2 tubes Ritz crackers
Preparation

Boil chicken until done; debone and cut into cubes.
Mix cream of chicken soup and sour cream.
Add chicken to sour cream mixture. Pour into casserole dish.
Crumble the Ritz crackers on top.
Cut butter and place on top of crackers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until top is brown.
