Cabbage Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger meat, cooked and drained
    1 head cabbage, chopped
    1 large can V-8 juice
    1 large can stewed tomatoes
    2 cans diced Ro-Tel tomatoes
    2 cans red beans
    2 pkg. dry Italian salad dressing mix
Preparation
    Mix everything in a pot and simmer for at least 1 hour.
    It is best cooked a day or so ahead and reheated.
    It freezes well.
