Chocolate Chiffon Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. egg whites (7 or 8)
    1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
    3/4 c. boiling water
    1 3/4 c. sifted cake flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. oil
    7 egg yolks
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 3/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    In large bowl of electric mixer let egg whites warm to room temperature about 1 hour.
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Place cocoa in small bowl.
    Add boiling water.
    Stir until smooth.
    Let mixture cool about 20 minutes.
