Herbed Tomato Tart - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pre-made pie crust
    6 ripe tomatoes, cored and sliced into 1/4 inch slices
    6 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh basil leaves
    3 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh marjoram
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
    1 garlic clove finely minced
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sliced pitted black olives
    6 oz. soft goat cheese (chevre) crumbled
    Salt and pepper to taste
    1 to 2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Place crust in 10 inch pie plate.
    Bake for 10 minutes at 425\u00b0. Remove from oven and cool slightly.
    Remove seeds from tomatoes slices.
    Layer tomatoes slices in paper towels and pat dry.
    Set aside.
    In food processor, combine chopped basil, marjoram, parsley, garlic, 2 Tbsp. oil and 1/2 tsp. salt.
    Spread herb paste in bottom of warm crust.
    Layer tomato slices in concentric circles over herb mixture.
    Scatter olive slices and goat cheese over tomatoes.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Drizzle with 1 to 2 Tbsp. olive oil.
    Place on baking sheet.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes, until crust is golden and cheese is softened and nicely browned. Yield 5 servings.
