Asparagus Canapes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can asparagus spears
    1 loaf white bread
    4 oz. Roquefort cheese
    4 oz. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 egg, beaten
    butter, melted
Preparation
    Cut crust off bread and roll out flat.
    Spread with mixture of cheese, mayonnaise and egg.
    Top each slice of bread with 1 stalk of asparagus.
    Roll up and cut into 3 pieces.
    Dip into melted butter.
    Place on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
    May be made before and frozen before.
