Cauliflower-Ham Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower or broccoli
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 c. cooked ham, diced
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    4 oz. can mushrooms
    1/4 c. fine dry breadcrumbs
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Cook vegetables in boiling water about 10 minutes. Drain and set aside. In saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons butter; stir in flour. Add milk. Cook and stir until thick and bubbly. Add cheese; stir until melted. Stir in cooked vegetable, ham and mushrooms. Pour into 2-quart casserole. Combine bread crumbs and melted 1 tablespoon butter. Sprinkle over vegetable mixture. Bake, uncovered, 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
