Chocolate Eclair Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box graham crackers
1 box vanilla pudding
2 c. confectioners sugar
2 blocks Baker's chocolate (unsweetened)
1/2 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip
Preparation

Mix the pudding and Cool Whip together thoroughly.
Butter a 9 x 13-inch dish or pan.
Line dish with a layer of the crackers. Place a layer of pudding/Cool Whip on top of the crackers.
Repeat these steps 2 more times, then line the top with graham crackers.
