Mexican Tortilla Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. sausage links
    1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
    1/4 c. green pepper, finely chopped
    1/4 c. celery, finely chopped
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 (8 oz.) can stewed tomatoes, chopped (reserve juice)
    4 flour tortillas
    4 medium eggs
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Cut sausage links into 1/4-inch pieces and brown in skillet on medium heat.
    Remove and drain.
    In skillet, saute onion, green pepper and celery until tender.
    Stir in chili powder, oregano, salt, sugar and juice from tomatoes.
    Add tomatoes and sausage. Mix well.
    Simmer, uncovered, to thicken.
