Fresh Vegetable Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. lo-cal mayonnaise
    2/3 c. low-fat plain yogurt
    1 Tbsp. dry onion or 1/4 c. fresh chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. dry parsley or 1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 tsp. Beau Monde (spice)
    1/2 tsp. Accent
    3/4 tsp. dill weed
    2 drops Tabasco
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together at once.
    Chill about 1/2 hour before serving.
    Dip with fresh vegetables.
