Pineapple-Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

20 oz. pineapple chunks
1 c. mild cheese, grated
1 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter, melted
Preparation

Mix pineapple, cheese and 2/3 cup cracker crumbs.
Mix flour with sugar and add to pineapple mixture.
Add melted butter and mix well.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Last 5 to 7 minutes of cooking time, put 1/3 cup cracker crumbs on top.
Finish baking.
