Texas Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) bag hash browns
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 1/2 cubes butter
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. dry parsley
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. corn flakes
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except hash browns, corn flakes and 1/2 cube butter.
    When mixed real well, add hash browns and pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Top with crumbled corn flakes and the 1/2 cube butter (melted and poured over corn flakes).
    Spread cheese on top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
