Zesty Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 pork chops
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. syrup
2 Tbsp. liquid shortening
2 Tbsp. water
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. ketchup
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 apple

Preparation

Season chops with salt.
Brown in hot shortening; drain.
