Shasta Shake(Nonfat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 oz. frozen berries
    1/3 c. nonfat powdered milk
    1 c. coarsely crushed ice
    1 (12 oz.) can Shasta (any flavor)
    1/4 c. berry syrup (any flavor, optional)
Preparation
    In blender, add crushed ice, frozen blueberries or any other berries, powdered milk, syrup and Shasta.
    Blend until frothy. Makes 2 servings.
