Baked Crab Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. cream
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 Tbsp. sherry
    1 lb. crab meat
    3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Melt butter; stir in flour slowly.
    Add cream and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
    Mix salt and pepper to taste and sherry.
    Remove from heat and add crab meat.
    Pour mixture into a buttered casserole.
    Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 400\u00b0 until cheese melts.
    Serves 4.
