Hot Chicken Sandwich - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
1/3 c. onion, chopped
4 oz. can sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. ripe olives, chopped
1 c. sour cream
2 cans undiluted cream of chicken soup
12 slices white bread
Preparation

Cut crusts from 12 slices of bread; butter.
Make filling with the first 5 ingredients.
Mix well.
Place half the slices in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
Fill with sandwich mix and cover with second slice. Mix sour cream and soup.
Spread over sandwiches.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serves 6.
Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
