Seafood Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. noodles (spiral)
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
8 oz. sharp Cheddar
8 oz. Muenster
dash of white wine
heavy cream (small carton; may use nondairy creamer)
scallops or other fish
bread crumbs for topping
Preparation

Boil noodles until soft.
Drain and rinse.
Add cheeses and wine, mixing until blended.
Add cream, fish and
crab meat or other fish and blend well.
Top with bread crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
