Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. plain flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cocoa
    1 oz. red food coloring
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Add remaining ingredients, buttermilk, oil, eggs, vanilla and vinegar.
    Mix thoroughly. Spread batter in greased and floured cake pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until done.
    Remove from pan; let cool.
