Chicken Stir-Fry In A Bag - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 sheets (12 x 18-inch) heavy duty aluminum foil
1/3 c. Kikkoman teriyaki marinade and sauce
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. fresh grated ginger (optional, but adds a lot)
3/4 lb. boneless, skinless chicken strips (cut into 1/2-inch strips)
1 medium red or green pepper, cut into chunks
1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, cut into chunks
1 red or Vidalia onion, cut into chunks
10 cherry tomatoes
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in bowl and marinate for 1 hour.
Divide mixture in half and place each half on 2 sheets of foil, making hobo-dinner like packets.
Bake 20 minutes in 450 degree oven. Serve with rice.
