Portuguese Cod(Portuguese) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cod fillets
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 c. fresh parsley, minced
    1 sprig fresh thyme
    3 tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
    1/2 c. white wine
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 bay leaf
    1 or 2 shots Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Season cod with pepper and place in skillet. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for about 10 to 12 minutes. Remove cod pieces and keep warm. Continue to cook sauce for about 5 minutes.
    Pour over fish and serve.

    about 15 minutes.

    about 20 minutes.
