Spanish Sunrise Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. rice, uncooked
    1 onion, chopped
    3/4 stick margarine, melted
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    3/4 c. water
    1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. seasoned pepper
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch Pyrex baking dish and cook at 325\u00b0 for about 50 minutes. Serves 8.
