Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 chicken breasts, deboned and cut into pieces
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 large bell pepper, cut into strips
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. chopped carrots
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. teriyaki sauce
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    In a large skillet or wok, melt margarine.
    When hot, pour in chicken pieces, salt and pepper.
    Cook
    until chicken is tender. Add other ingredients, stirring occasionally, for 3 or 4 minutes. Add 2 cups Minute rice and 1 can chicken broth.
    Mix and bring to boil.
    Remove from heat.
    Let set until rice is done, usually 5 minutes.
