Citrus Snow Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. (4 serving) lemon jello
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    3/4 c. orange juice
    ice cubes
    2 tsp. grated orange rind
    3 c. Cool Whip Lite
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Combine orange juice and ice cubes to make 1 1/2 cups.
    Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in Cool Whip and stir until well mixed.
    Pour into a 5-cup mold sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
    Chill until very firm. Serve with raspberries.
