Chef Jerry'S Shrimp Etouffee(A-Too-Fay) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 medium shrimp (raw)
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. onions, diced
    1/2 c. celery, diced
    1/2 c. green peppers, diced
    1 Tbsp. tomato paste
    2 Tbsp. parsley, minced
    1 Tbsp. garlic, minced
    pinch of cayenne pepper
    3 c. chicken broth
    pinch of salt and pepper
    1 tsp. cornstarch, mixed with 3 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Can substitute boneless, skinless chicken breast for the shrimp.
