Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1/2 to 1 stick margarine
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    salt
    pepper
    milk
    1/3 c. minced onions
Preparation
    Peel and cube potatoes.
    Add onions.
    Cover with water and cook until tender.
    Drain water.
    Cover with milk.
    Add margarine; bring to boil.
    Mix cornstarch with a little water.
    Add to mixture until you feel it thicken.
    Simmer and stir for 5 minutes.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
