Crab Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. imitation crab
    1/4 c. fine chopped onion
    1/4 c. fine chopped celery
    2 c. mayo or salad dressing (may use low-fat dressing)
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Chop crab.
    Add all other ingredients and mix well.
    Serve on a croissant or bread. Serves approximately 10 (1/2 cup) servings.
