Red Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. long grain rice
    2 c. tomato juice
    2 onions, diced
    1 bell pepper, diced
    3 Tbsp. bacon grease
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    salt, pepper, celery salt and sugar to taste
Preparation
    Saute onions and pepper in bacon grease.
    Pour into casserole dish; add remaining ingredients.
    Stir.
    Cover tightly and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
