Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large sweet potatoes, cooked
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    6 eggs
    3 c. sugar
    2 sticks margarine
    4 tsp. vanilla
    4 pie shells
Preparation
    Mix potatoes, cream cheese, margarine, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
    Beat on high until lumps are gone.
    Makes 3 to 4 pies. Bake at 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
