Bean N' Bacon Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (16 oz.) cans whole green beans, drained
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1/3 c. salad oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 eggs, hard-boiled and chopped
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. prepared mustard
2 tsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
4 slices crisply fried bacon
Preparation

Combine first six ingredients; toss lightly.
Cover and chill. Mix together eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar and salt.
Just before serving, drain the bean mixture and toss with bacon.
Top with egg mixture.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Serve on top of crisp greens.
