Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. corn syrup
2 eggs
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 c. chopped pecans
3/4 tsp. vanilla
1 (9-inch) pie shell
Preparation

Combine flour, sugar and salt in 1 1/2-quart bowl.
Add syrup and eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
Add milk, pecans and vanilla; blend well.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake near center of oven at 375\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
Cool before serving. Yield: 8 servings.
