Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. Lipton Spanish rice mix
    1 pkg. Lipton Cajun rice mix
    1 can mild Ro-Tel
    1 lb. Velveeta, cut into chunks
    1 can chili beans
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Brown ground beef. Drain and rinse. Cook ground beef and rice mixes together according to package directions. Add Ro-Tel, Velveeta and chili beans. Mix gently. Cook over low heat until cheese is melted. Garnish with shredded Cheddar and serve over corn chips.
