Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1 stick butter
1 unbaked pie shell
2 eggs
1/4 c. buttermilk
1 can Angel Flake coconut
Preparation

Cream sugar with flour and butter.
Add eggs, buttermilk and coconut.
Mix well and pour into the pie shell.
Bake at 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0 until done.
