Spinach Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese (part skim or skimmed)
    1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese (low-fat)
    1 egg or equivalent Egg Beaters
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    3/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    1 pkg. lasagna noodles (uncooked)
    1 c. water (possibly a little more)
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix Ricotta cheese, 1 cup Mozzarella, egg, spinach and seasonings.
    In a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish, layer 1/2 cup sauce.
    Cover with noodles.
    Next layer half the cheese mixture.
    Repeat. Top with noodles, sauce and remaining 1/2 cup of cheese.
    Pour water around edges.
    Cover tightly with foil. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes, until bubbly.
    Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
