Reuben Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. torn salad greens
    1 large tomato, cut into wedges
    1 c. croutons
    1/2 lb. deli corned beef, sliced and cut into strips
    1 c. cubed cheese (your choice)
    1 c. sauerkraut, well drained
    1/4 c. Thousand Island dressing
Preparation
    In a large salad bowl, combine the greens, tomatoes and croutons. Add strips of beef, cubed cheese, sauerkraut and dressing. Toss gently to coat.
