Italian Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Ricotta
    1 lb. sour cream
    1 lb. cream cheese
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 lb. melted butter
    1 tsp. lemon extract (optional)
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese.
    Mix all ingredients together until smooth (no lumps).
    Pour ingredients into a spring-form pan.
    Bake on 325\u00b0
    for 1 hour (may need a little longer depending on oven). Then turn off oven and leave cheesecake in oven for 1 more hour. Cool and refrigerate.
