Turkey And Stuffing Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. leftover stuffing
    3 Tbsp. melted margarine
    1 1/2 c. shredded leftover turkey
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    4 eggs
    2/3 c. half and half or milk
Preparation
    Mix together stuffing and melted margarine.
    Press into a 9-inch pie plate.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Combine turkey and cheese; spread in bottom of baked stuffing crust.
    Beat together eggs and milk or cream; pour over meat mixture.
    Reduce oven heat to 325\u00b0 and bake 35 to 40 minutes or until set in center (when a knife inserted comes out clean).
    Cool slightly before cutting.
    Serves 6.
