Speed Bake Yeast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cake yeast
lukewarm water
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 pt. potato water
1 boiled potato (medium size), prepared without salt in water
Preparation

Break yeast into 1/4 cup lukewarm water.
Mash the potato. Add potato water and sugar.
Add softened yeast to potato mixture. Add enough lukewarm water to make mixture equal one quart.
Keep in warm place (about 80\u00b0) until next morning.
