Pork Chops & Fried Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    1 head of cabbage, chopped
    1 c. whole mushrooms
    1 large onion, chopped
    salt
    pepper
    crushed red pepper
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in a small amount of oil. Once browned, place cabbage, onions and mushrooms on top of pork chops. Cover with water and place lid on pan. Cook on low heat about 35 minutes. Season with salt and peppers to taste.
