Ingredients

6 medium potatoes, peeled
1 medium onion
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. milk
4 heaping Tbsp. flour
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Grate potatoes and onion.
Drain liquid.
Quickly beat in the 2 eggs.
Add milk, flour, salt and pepper.
Heat some shortening in a shallow frying pan.
Spoon a small amount of potato mixture onto hot shortening.
Fry until golden brown.
