Robbie'S Crispy Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch spinach or 1 packet (leaves only)
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. cornstarch
    salt and pepper according to taste
    1/2 c. cooking oil or add more if needed
Preparation
    Wash spinach carefully and drain it.
    Beat eggs and add the cornstarch.
    Season according to taste.
    Heat the oil in a frying pan and when it is hot and ready, deep-fry the spinach one by one. Wait until it is golden brown.
    Drain the excess oil in paper towel before serving.
