Ingredients

1 to 1 1/2 lb. chicken breast, cut up in serving-size pieces
1/2 bottle dark red Russian dressing
1 envelope onion soup mix
1/2 jar (10 oz. size) apricot preserves
water
Preparation

Place chicken pieces in shallow baking dish.
Mix dressing, soup mix and preserves with small amount of water.
Pour over chicken and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/4 hours or until chicken is tender.
Serve with rice.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
